U is for Underwear

If you have sons of a certain age, you will be surprised at how infrequently they change their underwear.
Use a bath towel once and it's in a clothes basket (or more likely a heap on the bathroom floor), but send them to a friend's house for the weekend and the clean undies you send with them will come back untouched, do a load of laundry and the ratio of socks to undies is like 8 to 1.
I can't understand it.
It's like the new math.

Read my A-to-Z posts to see if you have what it takes to be the parent of four boys.

Oh my goodness, I'm constantly talking to my boys about those exact things. Towel on the bathroom floor...ugh!

Hi, Joanne,
Thanks for the visits to my blog! I always enjoy your comments. I didn't have boys, only two daughters, and I've never had little boys in my home for any amount of time, but I can imagine.

Good morning, Joanne! What fun to find your comment on my T post! I just had to hop on over to your blog, and am I ever glad that I did. I love them! I admire you for being able to write short ones that are so good. You've inspired me. I just ramble on and on . . . just the way I'm doing in this post. Yikes! I forgot to write my U piece. Better do it right now! Happy Weekend!

I completely agree! Worse, my oldest son has decided he doesn't want to wear underwear at all! I pick my battles so whatever, just put some on if we're going clothes shopping or I'm gonna guess if the pants fit hahahaha

Hahaha! Thank God they grow out of that (though I think for some it takes longer than others). My poor husband had some smelly roommates in college. Thank you for checking out my blog!

Haha, or send them to camp. Unpacking his bag when he got home, I found underwear still neatly folded at the bottom. Very suspicious. I didn't ask because I didn't want to know.
